Dr. Ankila Chandran offers whole-person, osteopathic psychiatric care — in-person in Marlton and telehealth statewide across New Jersey.
We take a whole-person approach to psychiatric care — treating the person, not just the symptom list, in the osteopathic tradition. Our style is direct and collaborative: we explain what's happening clearly, in plain terms and in clinical language, so you understand your own care well enough to be an active partner in it.
Care isn't open-ended by default. We discuss milestones up front — considering your goals, the reasons you're seeking help, and realistic clinical timelines — so you know what progress looks like and when to expect to reassess. This isn't about rushing care; it's about having a shared roadmap from the start.
Initially we will be a private-pay practice, so the only relationship shaping your treatment is the one between you and this practice, with no outside party between you and your care decisions. Documentation for out-of-network reimbursement is available for you to submit. We are now accepting new patients and will add insurance plans to our network over time.
We work with adults navigating major life transitions and specific clinical presentations, including ADHD evaluation and management, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions, with care built around clear medication management.
Serving Camden, Burlington & Gloucester Counties, NJ, in person — and all of New Jersey via telehealth.
